Previous developers tried and failed to get variances approved to do a larger project.

ACG had the challenge of designing a project that would not require any rezoning or variances to maximize the mixed-use components of the project and provide sufficient structured parking.

Construction was completed in July 2017 and includes upscale retail and restaurants, “Class A” office suites, and 46 apartment units with incomparable amenities.
